The brief.
Doe & Fawn are a specialty roaster with serious coffee, a coffee school, and a growing wholesale list - but the craft that's obvious in the cup wasn't landing online. They needed content that made the roastery feel as premium on the feed as it does in person, produced consistently, not as one-off shoots.
What I did.
I run their entire content operation solo: setting the monthly direction, shooting and editing the reels and stills, writing the copy, and publishing everything. Every frame here is mine, concept to posted - including a collab reel with Moree (a reusable/smart packaging brand for food and coffee), which I concepted, shot and cut end to end.
The approach.
Leaned into slow, tactile close-ups. No gimmicks, just craft shot like it matters. On the Moree collab, I kept the story front and centre and let the reusable packaging earn its place visually, so the sustainability angle landed through craft rather than a lecture.
The result. Grew the Instagram following from 16.9k to 19.3k in three months - +2.4k followers, up ~14%.
The Doe & Fawn × Moree collab reel hit 123k views organically, no paid spend - my best-performing single piece to date.
